Reservation should be made direct to Thukhamingalar Tour company

Payment Procedure
Advance payment of 30% must be made upon confirmation of the
program. The remaining payment must be settled with in 10 days prior
to the client's arrival by bank remittance to:

Cancellation
Cancellation fees will be charged as follows:
3 weeks ~ 14 days prior to arrival - 10% of Tour Price
2 weeks ~ 7 days prior to arrival - 25% of Tour Price
Less than 7 days prior to arrival - 35% of Tour Price
No show - 100 %
All tour prices are quoted net in US dollars. Tour prices do not
include airport departure tax, meals,
not listed in the tour
itinerary, optional tours and personal spending expense.
Free Of Charge (FOC)
One FOC for groups with more than 15 persons, maximum is two FOC.
A 50% of adult fare will be charged for the children under 11 years
old sharing room with parents.
Refund
There shall be no refund after commencement of the service
includes in the program but not utilized by the clients.
Insurance
We recommend all visitors to obtain the necessary personal
baggage, medical and accident insurance before arrival.
Liability
Thukha Mingalar Travels & Tours Co.,Ltd acts on behalf of
companies, accommodations, transports and other services. We assume
no liability for any loss, accidents, sickness injury, personal
damage, in case of death, weather, delay, natural disasters,
political actions.
